Hillary Clinton in 2015 was diagnosed with “Complex Partial Seizures” and “early onset Subcortical Vascular Dementia” as per a letter authored by Lisa R. Bardack, M.D., Chairman of the Department of Medicine, Mount Kisco Medical Group in New York.

(Mount Kisco Medical Group has since early 2016 been Democrat-rebranded as CareMount Medical).
